Distance Selling Contract

ARTICLE 1 - PARTIES

ARTICLE 2 - SUBJECT

The subject of this contract is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the sale and delivery of the product, which the Buyer has ordered electronically from the Seller's website www.antevasinthebrand.com.

ARTICLE 3 - PRODUCTS

The type and kind, quantity, brand/model, sale price, and payment method of the products are those stated on the website www.antevasinthebrand.com at the time the order is confirmed.

ARTICLE 4 - GENERAL PROVISIONS

  1. The Buyer declares that they have read and understood the preliminary information about the basic characteristics, sale price, and payment method of the product subject to the contract, as well as delivery-related information on the website www.antevasinthebrand.com and have given the necessary confirmation in the electronic environment.
  2. Contract Date: This contract comes into force on the date it is electronically approved by the Buyer.
  3. Delivery Conditions: The product subject to the contract is delivered to the Buyer or the person/organization at the address indicated by the Buyer within the legal period of 30 days, depending on the distance of the Buyer's location.
  4. Delivery Costs: Delivery costs are borne by the Buyer. However, the Seller may cover all or part of the delivery costs.
  5. Right of Withdrawal: The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason and without incurring any penalty within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product to the Buyer or the person/organization at the address indicated by the Buyer. To exercise the right of withdrawal, a written notification must be made to the Seller within this period.

ARTICLE 5 - EXERCISE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN CONDITIONS

  1. The Buyer must communicate their notification of exercising the right of withdrawal to the Seller via the specified communication channels.
  2. In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, it is mandatory to return the product delivered to a third party or the Buyer along with the original invoice and a copy of the cargo delivery report.
  3. The product price is refunded to the Buyer within 14 days following the receipt of these documents.
  4. The shipping cost for the returned product under the right of withdrawal is covered by the Seller.

ARTICLE 6 - DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In disputes arising from this contract, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in the Buyer's location or where the purchase is made are authorized up to the value announced by the Ministry of Customs and Trade.

ARTICLE 7 - ENFORCEMENT

The Buyer has read and accepted this contract on the website www.antevasinthebrand.com. This contract becomes effective upon electronic confirmation by the Buyer.
